Nursery
Some wonderful improvements have been made to Noah's Nursery! Be sure to say thank you to Hilton Vernon and Tom Brown for their hard work in creating an inviting place for our children. The Noah's mural was designed and painted by our own Camron Becker, thank you Camron!
We are blessed to have wonderful young ladies and gentlemen who love, care for and nurture our children. Miss Erica, Miss Rebecca, Miss Lydia, Miss Michelle, Miss Katherine, Miss Latoya and Mr Douglas all have special gifts in sharing God's Word with our little ones.
Children are offered calm, interactive, care while incorporating bible stories, listening to music, singing, dancing and crafts. We have instituted new check in/check out procedures. Please read carefully below.
Sunday Mornings
8:45 am -12:30 pm each Sunday
Available for infants through 5 years old (Kindergarten). First grade and up join their parents in church.
Sunday Evenings
Nursery: 5:00-6:15 p.m. for Veritas Service
Nursery for infants through 5 yrs old (Kindergarten) First grade and up join their parents in church.
Wednesday Evenings
Noah’s Nursery : 6:30 - 8:00 pm
Available for infants through 4 years old during adult classes.
New Nursery Procedures
During the past few weeks we have been making some wonderful changes in our ministry! There is now a new check-in procedure with stickers and badges. We also want to maintain each age group in their respective classes, 0-3 in the Noah's Nursery (there is an infant area inside as well) and 4-5year olds in Daniel's Lions next door. We ask that only registered care providers and volunteers enter the nursery rooms. We will have greeters in place to help with the new procedures. Please be patient with us as we improve our care and security.
Check in procedures:
- Parent signs child in with name, age, badge #, cell phone # and any allergies, please keep phone on vibrate in case we need you (we generally walk up to get a parent instead of calling; however, our number would begin with 701 if we call).
- Parent receives a badge with a number on it. The matching badge with a clip goes on the child and the parent will need to bring their badge back to pick up their child. (1badge per family, place the child's badge on the oldest child)
- For infants we have stickers to fill out and one goes on the child's back and the other with matching number stays with the parents, which will also need to be returned for pick up.
- Badges with a red dot are available for any children that have allergies; it will alert the providers to check the sign in sheet for instructions.
Parents remember to sign out your children at pick up as well.
