St. Peter's shield - small Former Seminarians

Fr. Mike Boone

Fr. Mike Boone is a fan of good music, the outdoors and Cuban sandwiches. He is what some people would describe as a "high-energy" person, and has a horrible poker face. Favorite conversation topics include the most underrated Florida State Seminole quarterback of the last 15 years (Thad Busby versus Danny Kanell), handshakes over hugs, and the importance of the Eucharist as a reaction to flawed post-Enlightenment political theologies. Fr. Mike is the St. Peter's former Director of Youth Ministries. He now resides at Christ Church, Plano, Texas, and was ordained to the priesthood there on January 22, 2012.
