"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." ACTS 2:42

Just as Jesus gathered his group of 12 disciples together, Acts 2:42 represents many small groups who meet regularly in homes or at church for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and to care for one another. There are men’s, women’s, and mixed groups, with an open seat always available for anyone who would like to join in. The small-group meetings are listed on the church calendar as Acts 2:42, followed by the specific group name. Be involved as a group member, leader, or provide refreshments.

"I thought that daily prayer and attending worship services, Sunday school, and Wednesday night classes reflected an adequate commitment to the development of my spirituality. What I did not realize was that participation in an Acts 2:42 group would help to weave together my journey in church and in my daily life in such an utterly profound way." - St. Peter's Parishioner
